Labor Day Recipe Roundup

Happy Labor Day everyone.   I can’t believe September is here. It seems like we were just beginning to enjoy summer and now it’s almost over 🙂

In honor of the Labor Day celebrations and the ending of summer, I have pulled together a Labor day recipe roundup of a few of my previous posts that have been very popular over the summer.

These meals are light, healthy and nutritious and are just perfect for those outdoor barbecues, picnics and backyard gatherings.

Top left: Zesty Vegetable Pasta Salad

Top right: Black Beans and Red Pepper Hummus

Bottom left: Cranberry Vegetable Barley Stir Fry

Bottom right: Farro Vegetable Stir Fry

I hope you spend your Labor Day with friends and family making memories and surrounded by good food and drinks.

Have a happy and safe Labor Day.
